[ It's the middle of the night and the streets are cleared out, even if there are a few stragglers here and there. The only light comes from a Mc Donald's, which is course open 24-7, though it's populated by adults and not children this time of night.

There Seimei sits, waiting, idly checking his phone. It's possible he's waiting for someone, as he doesn't seem to be eating anything.]

If you plan on trying something weird, of course I will! [That's a terrifying scenerio though. He hardly stood a chance last time he had to fight Seimei and he actually had Natsuo that time, as well as the "home field advantage."]

I needed somewhere to stand, and in the light here is as good a place as any. Though if you're here, I'd probably have better luck outside.
